Common Technical Issues

If you are experiencing technical difficulties, try these solutions before contacting support.

Browser Compatibility

AcademyChamp works best on:

  • Google Chrome (recommended)
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Microsoft Edge
  • Safari

Please ensure your browser is updated to the latest version.

Video Playback Issues

If videos are not loading:

  • Check your internet connection speed (minimum 2 Mbps recommended)
  • Disable ad-blocker extensions
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies
  • Try a different browser

Assessment Issues

During assessments:

  • Ensure a stable internet connection
  • Do not switch tabs or minimize the browser during proctored assessments
  • Your answers are auto-saved every few seconds
  • If disconnected, reconnect quickly and resume where you left off
